Description:
Passiflara Alata
This magnificent climber has large and distinctive cerisemaroon flowers with blue markings. Fruits are approximately 8cm long, pear shaped and golden. Reputed to be the
sweetest of all of the edible passionfruits. Alata is easily grown for a showy good cropping display.
When to sow:
Can be sown all year round providing the correct soil temperature is maintained (approx 24°C).
