Description:
Originally from Italy where it is widely grown, creating a great deal of interest in Australia, USA and England. The large lime green heads consist of many pinnacles or spears which can be individually snapped off as required. A very distinctive broccoli with magnificent flavour and soft texture.
When to sow:
From mid Summer to early Winter or even Spring in very cold areas.
