This unique cross between celery and lettuce is a gourmet vegetable with jade green fleshy stems, twice as thick as your thumb and a top as crisp as lettuce. Peel it at eat it raw or cook it and eat it like broccoli or you can stir fry the lot. Just as good raw in salads, the versatile vegetable is full of vitamins and is very easy to grow.

When to sow:

Spring, Summer and Autumn at fortnightly intervals for constant supply.
