Description:
Unusual, quick maturing, Japanese, long white radish is not restricted to Autumn-Winter sowing. The new hybrid grows strongly and resists bowling in warm weather. No longer is it necessary to regularly harvest your radishes t avoid them becoming too tough to eat. Although ready to harvest in about 60 days after sowing and when it is about 38-43 cm long and 5 cm diameter (can be harvested at less), you can safely leave it for another month and it will still be superb eating. Staying ice-white, crisp and crunchy with a mild, not hot, delicate radish flavour and of course there is a lot more of it.
When to sow:
Almost all year round.
