Description:
This delicious vegetable is for those who love pasta but hate what it does to the waist line. Low in calories, it looks like a hard shell marrow until boiled. Gather fruit when ripe, from pale to bright yellow and about 23 cm long.When cooked it separates in to strands with a firm but tender texture and pleasant mild texture. Can be treated like spaghetti.
When to sow:
Sow from early Spring to Summer.
