A strikingly different blend of special Italian Chichory and raddichios in a variety of colours, red, green and white in varying leaf shapes. Crunchy, fleshy leaves and tender stems, crisp and succulent in salads when cut young or can be grown to maturity and used as a vegetable. These varieties have the ability to cut and come again so that they will re-sprout and grow again after the first harvest.
